Executive Requirements Harmonization Act

Eighty-Third Congress of the United States of Astor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Astor in Congress assembled:

An Act

to improve the Federal Elections Act with respect to the requirements of candidacies.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

(1) Dieses Bundesgesetz soll als „Executive Requirements Harmonization Act “ zitiert werden.

SECTION 2. AMENDING THE FEDERAL ELECTIONS ACT.

Chapter IV, Section 2, Subsection 1 des Federal Elections Act wird wie folgt neugefasst:

„Section - Inauguration

(1) Um ein Amt nach diesem Gesetz anzutreten, muss die Person eine auf sie ausgestellte, gültige Citizenship Card im Status einer Federal ID vorweisen. Eine Person, die das Amt des Vizepräsidenten oder das Amt des Präsidenten antritt, ist davon ausgenommen."

SECTION 3. FINAL PROVISION.

Dieses Bundesgesetz tritt mit seiner Kundmachung in Kraft.
