Executive Requirements Harmonization Bill

Mr. O’RILEY introduced the following bill:

A BILL

to amend the Federal Elections Act with the with the harmonization of the election requirements for the office of the United States President.

Be it enacted by the House of Representatives and the Senate and of the United States of Astor in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

(1) Dieses Bundesgesetz soll als „Executive Requirements Harmonization Act “ zitiert werden.

SECTION 2. AMENDING THE FEDERAL ELECTIONS ACT.

1. Chapter IV, Section 2, Subsection 1 des Federal Elections Act wird wie folgt neugefasst:

„Section - Inauguration

(1) Um ein Amt nach diesem Gesetz anzutreten, muss die Person eine auf sie ausgestellte, gültige Citizenship Card im Status einer Federal ID vorweisen. Eine Person, die das Amt des Vizepräsidenten oder das Amt des Präsidenten antritt, ist davon ausgenommen."

SECTION 3. FINAL PROVISION.

Dieses Bundesgesetz tritt mit seiner Kundmachung in Kraft.
