IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES

Mrs. SHORE introduced the following bill:

A BILL

to amend the United States Citizenship Act to allow for more than three State IDs.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Astor in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

Dieses Bundesgesetz ist kurz als „Freedom of Activity Act“ zu zitieren.

SECTION 2. AMENDING THE USCA.

Sec. 10 Ssec. 2 United States Citizenship Act wird geändert, sodass diese lautet:

(2) Das USRO erfasst die Zuordnung von State-IDs und Local-IDs zu einer Federal-ID. Für jede Federal-ID darf in den Bundesstaaten jeweils eine State-ID und in jeder lokalen Verwaltungskörperschaft jeweils eine Local-ID erfasst werden. Am Wohnsitz des Inhabers gilt die Federal-ID auch als State- und Local-ID sowie die State-ID auch als Local-ID, soweit diese nicht anders zugeordnet sind.

SECTION 3. FINAL PROVISION.

Dieses Bundesgesetz tritt am 1. Februar 2022 in Kraft.
