    Electoral Roll Transparency Bill
    An Act to make clarifications on the Electoral Roll with regard to transparent procedures.


    Section 1 - Electoral Roll to be published with Electoral Announcement; Limitation of legal Presumption
    (1) An Chp. II Sec. 3 Ssc. 1 Federal Elections Act wird angefügt:

    Die Electoral Roll ist gemeinsam mit der Wahlankündigung Chp. II Sec. 1 Ssc. 1 Var. a öffentlich bekanntzumachen.


    (2) Chp. II Sec. 3 SSc. 3 Sen. 2 Federal Elections Act erhält folgende Fassung:

    Die Einwendung ist dann als unzulässig abzuweisen, wenn die Electoral Roll fristgerecht bekanntgemacht wurde.


    Section 2 - Coming-into force
    (1) Das Gesetz tritt gemäß der verfassungsrechtlichen Bestimmungen in Kraft.
    (2) Die Änderungen finden Anwendung auf alle Wahlen, die zum Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens noch nicht angekündigt waren.
