Awarding the Congressional Gold Medal to The Honorable David Jonathan Clark

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Astor in Congress assembled, with two thirds of members present and voting concurring:

HONORING the longest serving Speaker of the House of Representatives and President of the Congress,

RECOGNIZING his tireless dedication to parliamentarism and democratic discourse,

SEEING FIT to award this first Congressional Gold Medal to one of its most loyal members—
