    Article I - Introduction
    (1)Article III Section 12 der Constitution of Laurentiana wird wie folgt neugefasst:

    Der Governor und sein Stellvertreter sind vollwertige Mitglieder des General Court.


    (2) Article III Section 13 wird ersatzlos gestrichen.
