    Second Round

    Da bei der ersten Runde der Abstimmungen keine Stimmen abgegeben wurden, wird der Abstimmungsvorgang gemäß 1/3 Constitutional Amendment Ratification Act iVm 2/2 Gubernatorial Elections Act iVm III/4/3 (US) Federal Elections Act wiederholt. Im Übrigen war der Abstimmungszeitraum unzulässig lang und wurde das Datum zur Erlangung des Abstimmungsrechts fehlerhaft verlautbart.
