    Article 1 - Fundamentals
    Dieses Gesetz aktualisiert den United States National Symbols Act.


    Article 2 – Reverse of the Great Seal of the United States
    Der United States National Symbols Act wird nach Article 3 um einen Article 3b erweitert:


    Article 3b – Reverse
    (1) Reverse
