    Free Accsess to Office Amendment

    Sec. 1 - Purpose
    Dieses Amendment ergänzt die Verfassung des Free State of New Alcantara.


    Sec. 2 - Amendment
    (1) Zum Governor kann jeder Mensch kandidieren, der in New Alcantara lebt, unabhängig von seinem Status als Bürger der Vereinigten Staaten von Astor und des Free State of New Alcantara.
    (2) Der Verlust der Staatsbürgerschaft der Vereinigten Staaten von Astor führt nicht zum Ausscheiden aus dem Amt der Governors des Free State of New Alcantara, sofern nicht andere in der Verfassung des Free State of New Alcantara genannte Kriterien zum Verlust des Amtes führen.

    Sec. 3 - Final Provision
    Dieses Amendment tritt entsprechend der verfassungsmäßigen Bestimmungen in Kraft.


    Bitte stimmen sie mit Aye, Nay oder Enthaltung.
    Die Abstimmung dauert bis zum 18.09.2012.
