Cabinet Meetings Clearance & Access Regulation

WHEREAS the Classified Information Act describes the authorization to classify and access;

AND WHEREAS there is not given access to documents, informations and cabinet meetings to important White House Staff members;

THEREFORE, I, Tamara Arroyo, President of the United States of Astor, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution of the United States, herby order as follows:

Section 1

Alle durch meine Amtsvorgänger auf dem Wege der Executive Order oder vergleichbare schriftliche Anordnungen getroffene Regelungen bezüglich der Freigabe und dem Zugang zu Informationen unter dem Classified Information Act, sowie alle gewährten Zugangsrechte zu Sitzungen und Dokumenten des Kabinetts der Vereinigten Staaten, sind mit sofortiger Wirkung aufgehoben.

Section 2

Neben dem im Classified Information Act, Section 4 genannten Amtsträgern, die unbeschränkt Zugriff auf klassifizierte Unterlagen haben, wird folgenden weiteren Amtsträgern Zugang zu allen Sitzungen und Dokumenten des Kabinetts die als SECRET oder niedriger eingestuft sind, sowie die dienstliche Weiterverwendung der dadurch erlangten Informationen, bis auf Widerruf gewährt:

a. Stabschef des Weißen Hauses (Chief of Staff of the White House), sowie dessen direkter Stellvertreter (Deputy Chief of Staff of the White House)

b. National Security Advisor

c. White House Diversity, Equity and Inclusions Director

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this second day of October, in the year of our Lord Two thousand and twenty-four.
