Executive Order 71

providing for a Structure of the Executive Office of the President

WHEREAS Executive Order 47 has set fourth an organization within the Executive Office of the President of the United States,

AND WHEREAS said Order has been amended by Executive Orders 48, 51 and 67,

AND WHEREAS all federal agencies should only allow themselves the absolute minimum of expenses,

NOW THEREFORE, I, ULYSSES KNIGHT, President of the United States of Astor, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, herby order as follows:

Only Section – Structure of the Executive Office

Der Organisationsplan für das Executive Office of the President, wie er in Executive Order No. 67 bestimmt und veröffentlicht wurde, erfährt durch diese Executive Order die folgenden Änderungen:

(1) Innerhalb des Office of Administration Management werden die folgenden Bureaus zusammengelegt:

- "Bureau of Oversight and Performance" und "Bureau of Administrative Innovation and Digital Strategy"; neu "Bureau of Oversight and Innovation" mit dem bisherigen "Chief Performance Officer" als leitendem Assistent Director;

- "Bureau of Personell Management" und "Bureau of General Service and Effective Administration"; neu "Bureau of General Administrative Service" mit dem bisherigen "Chief Administrative Officer" als leitendem Assistent Director;;

- "Bureau of Classified Information" und "Bureau of Government Continuity and Transition"; neu "Bureau of Information Access Control" mit dem bisherigen "Chief Information Security Officer" als leitendem Assistent Director.

(2) Das "Office of the White House Counsel" wird aufgelöst, verbleibende Beschäftigte sind nach Bedarf dem Department of Justice zu überantworten.

(3) Die Position des "Personal Assistent to the President" innerhalb des Office of Oval Office Operations wird ersatzlos abgeschafft.

(4) Die Positionen des "White House Communications Director" und des "White House Press Secretary" innerhalb des White House Communications Office werden zusammengelegt und firmieren fortan als "White House Director of Public Relations". Das "White House Communications Office" firmiert fortan als "White House Office of Public Relations".

(5) Das "Office of the First Family" wird in "White House Complex Office" umbenannt; die Position des "Chief of Staff to the First Spouse" ersatzlos abgeschafft.
