Executive Order 68

Abrogating executive orders

WHEREAS the prison system has always been the responsibility of the state

AND WHEREAS Executive Order 61 has changed this in a way that threatens the trust of citizens and the safety of prisoners

AND WHEREAS it is the government's duty to restore the confidence of the citizens and the safety of the prisoners

NOW THEREFORE, I, Sarah Jones, President of the United States of Astor, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, hereby order as follows:

Sec 1: Abrogating executive order 612

Die Executive Order No. 61 wird aufgehoben

Sec 2: Transfer to federal jurisdiction

Gefängnisse unter Führung privater Firmen sind bis zum 28.2.2021 in Zuständigkeit des Federal Bureau of Prisons zu überführen
