Executive Order 67

Reforming the Structure of the Executive Office

WHEREAS Executive Order 47 has set fourth an organization within the Executive Office of the President of the United States,

AND WHEREAS said Order has been amended by Executive Orders 48 and 51,

AND WHEREAS it is the government's duty to avoid unnecessary spending,

NOW THEREFORE, I, ALEXANDER P. CONWAY, President of the United States of Astor, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, herby order as follows:

Sec. 1: Structure of the Executive Office of the President
(1) Für das Executive Office gilt der Organisationsplan (Appendix I), der dem Office of Administration Management am 16.06.2020 vorgelegt wurde.

Sec. 2: Chief of Staff to the Vice President

(1) Der Stabschef des Vizepräsidenten wird ohne Zutun des Präsidenten oder des Stabschef des Weißen Hauses durch den Vizepräsidenten ernannt und entlassen.

(2) Sofern der Präsident keine andere Person zum stellvertretenden Stabschef des Weißen Hauses ernennt, hat dieses Amt der Stabschef des Vizepräsidenten inne.

(3) Fällt das Amt des Vizepräsidenten während der Amtsperiode vakant, so ist dem Stabschef des Vizepräsidenten durch den Präsidenten eine Entlassungsurkunde auszustellen.

Sec. 3: Abolishing obsolete Executive Orders

(1) Executive Order Nr. 55 und 58 treten außer Kraft.
