Executive Order 66

Abrogating obsolete executive orders

WHEREAS the United States Congress created the Empowerment of the States in the Judiciary Act to delegate certain rights reserved to the Federal Government in Art. VI, Sec. 5, Alt. 5 and 6 of the Constitution to the States,

AND WHEREAS my predecessor unilaterally recinded some of these rights via executive order,

AND WHEREAS another predecessor unilaterally reduced humanitarian admissions to the United States via executive order,

NOW THEREFORE, I, CHESTER J. WITFIELD, Acting President of the United States of Astor, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, herby order as follows:

Section 1: Abgrogation

Executive Order Number 56 wird ersatzlos gestrichen.

Section 2: Amendment

(1) In Section 4 Subsection 3 der Executive Order Number 63 wird die Zahl "5000" durch die Zahl "100000" ersetzt.

(2) Die zweite Subsection 3 in Section 5 der Executive Order Number 63 wird Subsection 4 und wie folgt neu gefasst:

"(4) Die vorstehenden Bestimmungen sollen so ausgelegt werden, dass davon keine Verbrechen oder Vergehen erfasst sind, die nicht auch nach den Gesetzen der Vereinigten Staaten als Verbrechen oder Vergehen festgelegt worden sind. Diese Section ist insbesondere nicht für solche Fälle anzuwenden, in denen nachgewiesen oder glaubhaft gemacht wird, dass ein gerichtliches Verfahren stattfand, das nicht annähernd den Maßstäben von Art. II Sec. 7 USConst entsprochen hat."
