Executive Order 65
Re-Organizing the Process of Armed Forces Recruitment
WHEREAS the Armed Forces of the United States need a well organized Recruitment System
AND WEHREAS the Armed Forces Act authorizes the President of the United States to provide such a System
AND WHEREAS the Armed Forces are essential to national security
AND WHEREAS the Executive Order 64 unnecessarily discriminates some people of the United States
THE FOLLOWING will take into effect immediately
Sec. 1 General Provisions
(1) Diese Executive Order ändert die Executive Order 64 erlassen am 14.04.2020 durch President Montgomery.
(2) Die Änderungen treten unverzüglich in Kraft und sind unmittelbar durch die zuständigen Behörden umzusetzen.
Sec. 2 Abgrogate Discrimination
(1) Section 5 der EO64 wird ersatzlos gestrichen.
(2) Der Anhang der EO64 wird ersatzlos gestrichen.
