
Executive Order 54
Organizing Executive Orders
WHEREAS the Constitution of the United States vests the authority of issuing executive Orders in the President of the United States,
AND WHEREAS the several Presidents have enforced their authority and have issued 53 Executive Orders,
AND WHEREAS there has not been a continuous and universal system of numbering, marking, and archiving,
AND WHEREAS Executive Orders ought to be understandable and their governance shall be clear to every citizen and federal employee,
NOW THEREFORE, I, BENJAMIN A. KINGSTON, President of the United States of Astor, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, herby order as follows:
Section 1 – Organizing Executive Orders
(1) Der Librarian of Congress wird angewiesen, alle Executive Orders (im Folgenden „Erlässe“) chronologisch zu nummerieren und eine Liste entsprechend dieser Nummerierung zu führen.
(2) Der Librarian of Congress wird angewiesen, Erlässe, die aufgehoben wurden, mit dem Vermerk „REVOKED“ zu versehen.
(3) Erlässe, die für obsolet erklärt worden sind, haben keine Rechtskraft mehr und sind mit dem Vermerk „OBSOLETE“ zu versehen.
(4) Aufgehobene, obsolete, sowie solche Erlässe, die ausschließlich andere Erlässe aufheben oder für obsolet erklären, sind zu archivieren und getrennt von jenen Erlässen aufzubewahren, die weiterhin Gültigkeit behalten.
Section 2 – Rescinding Executive Orders
Die folgenden Erlässe werden hiermit aufgehoben:

- #26 – 2014/09/29 Abrogation of the Administrational Agreement for Andro and the United States
- #42 – 2016/12/15 Creation of the Independent Special Prosecutor

Section 3 – Declaring obsolete Executive Orders
Die folgenden Erlässe werden hiermit für obsolet erklärt:
