    January 2009 Budget Bill


    Article 1
    Dem Haushaltsplan des Department of Trade and Treasury wird in der im Anhang niedergelegten Fassung zugestimmt. Der Kongress der Vereinigten Staaten ermächtigt die Bundesregierung, alle darin aufgeführten Ausgaben zu tätigen.


    Article 2
    Unternehmen im Besitz des Bundes bestimmen die Preise ihrer Produkte selbstständig bei einer maximalen Abweichung von 20% von den Selbstkosten. Eine Abweichung von bis zu 0,10 A$ ist unabhängig vom absoluten Wert der Selbstkosten gestattet.
