providing for a Joint Session of Congress to receive a communication by the President.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Astor in Congress assembled:[ul]

Das Repräsentantenhaus und der Senat der Vereinigten Staaten kommen am 23. Oktober 2025 um 12 Uhr zu einer gemeinsamen Sitzung im Plenarsaal des Repräsentantenhauses zusammen, um der Ansprache des Präsidenten der Vereinigten Staaten zur Lage der Nation beizuwohnen. Hierfür wird diesem das Rederecht vor dem Kongress gewährt.[/ul]
