    Der Antrag, mit dem Unianimous Consent zu verfahren, wäre abzulehnen gewesen, da Tit. IV, Sec 8/4 der Standing Orders festlegt, dass „[bei] Wahlen oder Abstimmungen betreffend [...] Vorsitzende des Repräsentantenhauses und des Senats [...] Beschlüsse ohne Einwände unzulässig sind, sofern sie nicht reine Verfahrensfragen betreffen.“
