providing for a Joint Session of Congress to receive a communication by the President.

July 2025 um 12 Uhr zu einer gemeinsamen Sitzung im Plenarsaal des Repräsentantenhauses zusammen, um der Ansprache der Präsidentin der Vereinigten Staaten zur Lage der Nation beizuwohnen. Hierfür wird dieser das Rederecht vor dem Kongress gewährt.[/ul]
