Ms. Crowford introduced the following Bill:
A BILL
to restrict the trade between the United states and the trimontan empire
Be it enacted by the House of Representatives and the Senate and of the United States of Astor in Congress assembled:
Restriction of Trade with the Trimontan Empire Bill
Article 1 - Fundamentals
Dieses Gesetz regelt die Ausfuhrbeschränkungen für Rohstoffe und Geldmittel in das Kaiserreich Dreibürgen und die Einfuhrbeschränkungen von Waren aus Dreibürgen .
Article 2 - Verbote
(1) Es ist untersagt, Rohstoffe und Geldmittel nach Dreibürgen auszuführen,
(2) Es ist untersagt, Waren und Zwischenwaren aus Dreibürgen einzuführen.
Article 3 - Aus- oder Einfuhr über Drittländer
Wird festgestellt, dass Waren oder Geldmittel, die nach diesem Gesetz nicht nach Dreibürgen ausgeführt oder aus Dreibürgen eingeführt werden dürfen, über ein Drittland aus- oder eingeführt werden, so kann das Department of commerce per Erlass die Aus- oder Einfuhr der betroffenen Rohstoffe, Waren oder Geldmittel aus dem Drittland ebenfalls untersagen.
Article 4 - Verstöße gegen dieses Gesetz
Jede ungenehmigte Aus- oder Einfuhr von Rohstoffen, Geldmitteln und Waren aus oder nach Dreibürgen, die nach diesem Gesetz unter sagt sind, wird als Hochverrat gegen die Vereinigten Staaten von Astor strafrechtlich verfolgt.
Article 5 - Final provision
Dieses Gesetz tritt mit Verkündung durch den Präsidenten der Vereinigten Staaten in Kraft.
