To Whom it may concern: This is to certify that - as of October 25, 2024 - the said Amendment has been laid before the States of these United States for their Ratification and the following Messages have been received from the States:

THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE OF ASTORIACERTIFICATE OF RATIFICATION
Whereas, the Congress of the United States of Astor, the U.S. House of Representatives acting on the Twenty-eight day of September and the U.S. Senate acting on the Eight day of October of this year Two Thousand Twenty-Four, did propose an Amendment to the Constitution of the United States titled "Disability of the President, Vice President and Acting President Amendment", which was thereafter submitted to the Legislatures of the several States for ratification, in accordance with Article VII, Section 3 and Amendment I of the Constitution of the United States; and
Whereas, the Common Assembly of the State of Astoria, composed of the Assembly of Senators and the Assembly of Representatives, having been duly convened in their respective chambers and in full accordance with the Constitution of this State and all other applicable laws and procedures, considered the Amendment and
Whereas, on the Fourth day of November in the year Two Thousand Twenty-Four, the Assembly of Senators did pass a resolution ratifying the said Amendment by a majority vote, and the Assembly of Representatives likewise passed a resolution ratifying the same by a majority vote*;
Now, therefore, be it known that I, Kathleen T. Johnson, Governor of the State of Astoria, do hereby certify and proclaim that the State of Astoria has ratified the said proposed Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
In witness thereof, I have hereunto set my hand at Fink House in the City of Greenville, this 05th day of November in the year 2024.

THE LEGATE OF THE HIGH REPUBLIC OF SERENA
CERTIFICATE OF RATIFICATION
Whereas, the Congress of the United States of Astor, the U.S. House of Representatives acting on the Twenty-eight day of September and the U.S. Senate acting on the Eight day of October of this year Two Thousand Twenty-Four, did propose an Amendment to the Constitution of the United States titled "Disability of the President, Vice President and Acting President Amendment", which was thereafter submitted to the Legislatures of the several States for ratification, in accordance with Article VII, Section 3 and Amendment I of the Constitution of the United States; and
Whereas, the Grand Serenese Senate of the High Republic of Serena have been duly convened and in full accordance with the Constitution of this State and all other applicable laws and procedures, considered the Amendment and
Whereas, on the 16th day of November in the year Two Thousand Twenty-Four, the Grand Serenese Senate did pass a resolution ratifying the said Amendment by a majority vote;
Now, therefore, be it known that I, Javier Rodriguez, Legate of the High Republic of Serena, do hereby certify and proclaim that the High Republic of Serena has ratified the said proposed Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.
In witness thereof, I have hereunto set my hand at Sen City, this 16th day of November in the year 2024.
