Wir haben uns heute hier versammelt um der offiziellen Amtseinführung von Ms. Sienna Wright als Governor of Freeland beizuwohnen.

Die Governor-elect hat den folgenden Amtseid zu leisten:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this Commonwealth of Freeland and that I will discharge the duties of my office with fidelity.

Alternativ kann der Eid auf Barnstorvisch abgelegt werden:

Je jure solennellement (ou affirme) que je soutiendrai, obéir et défendre la Constitution des États-Unis et de la Constitution du Commonwealth de la Frélande et que je remplirai les devoirs de ma charge avec fidélité.

Der Schwur kann um eine religiöse Beteuerung ergänzt werden.
