    Ich bringe folgenden Antrag ein:

    Constitutional Amendment Ratification

    Die Generalversammlung hat beschlossen:
    Freeland Constitutional Amendment Ratification Act

    Section 1 – Purpose
    Dieses Staatsgesetz regelt die Durchführung von Volksabstimmungen zur Ratifikation von Zusätzen zur Verfassung der Vereinigten Staaten (im Folgenden „Referenda“).

    Section 2 – Empowerment
    (1) Mit der Durchführung von Referenda ist das United States Electoral Office beauftragt.

    (2) Hat das Kongresspräsidium einen Verfassungszusatz-Beschluss des Kongresses kundgemacht, ist parallel zu den nächsten Wahlen zum Repräsentantenhaus ein Referendum durchzuführen.

    (3) Bei der Durchführung sind die Bestimmungen des Federal Elections Acts anzuwenden.

    Section 3 – Final Provisions
    (1) Dieses Staatsgesetz tritt grundsätzlich mit seiner Kundmachung in Kraft und ist rückwirkend auf alle Ratifikationen anzuwenden, die ab dem 1. September 2022 vom Kongresspräsidium kundgemacht worden sind.

    dieses Gesetz schafft eine einfache und solide gesetzliche Grundlage für die Ratifikation von Bundesverfassungszusätzen.
