Honorable Senators!

The question is on the passage of the Resolution (RE: S. Res. 2021-037 - Senate Resolution for a Foreign Delegation). The question is to pass the motion.

Mr. McDYMAND introduced the following Resolution:

To improve the Diplomatic, Economic, Scientific and Cultural Relations to foreign Nations.

Be it enacted by the Senate of the United States of Astor:

Die Exekutive unter der Leitung der Präsidentinnen und Präsidenten versagt seit Jahren in der Pflege bestehender sowie der Etablierung und Kodifizierung neuer bi- und multilateraler Beziehungen mit fremden Nationen. Der Senat der Vereinigten Staaten wird zur Förderung der internationalen Vernetzung eine Delegation unter Leitung eines Mitgliedes des Senates einrichten. Dieser Delegation sollen sich Vertreter der Bundes- und Staatenregierungen, der Streitkräfte sowie Vertreter aus der Wirtschaft, der Wissenschaft und der Kulturschaffenden anschließen. Das Ziel der Delegation ist der Besuch aller Nationen und die Kontaktaufnahme zu Vertretern der Völker auf verschiedenen Bereichen, um durch die Kodifizierung die Beziehungen zu verbessern, den Austausch von Ideen und Personen, Waren und Dienstleistungen zum gegenseitigen Vorteil zu fördern.
