Ms. Crowford of Laurentiana introduced the following bill:

A BILL

to terminate the Treaty of Cooperation between the Trimontan Empire and the United States of Astor

Section 1 - Termination

Der Treaty of Cooperation between the United States of Astor and the Trimontan Empire wird gemäss Artikel 8 des genannten Vertrages gekündigt.

Als Begründung ist folgendes anzufügen:

"Das Kaiserreich Dreibürgen ist als autoritärer Staat ein Feind der Freiheit weltweit. Das Kaiserreich Dreibürgen zwingt Parteien zur Befürwortung der Monarchie, und untergräbt massiv die in der eigenen Verfassung festgeschriebene Meinungsfreiheit und Pressefreiheit. Insbesondere die entrechtung der nericodreibürgischen Bevölkerung, welche in der Wegnahme des Wahlrechts gipfelte zeigt, dass das Kaiserreich Dreibürgen für die Vereinigten Staaten kein Partner sein kann"

Section 2 – future Contracts

Staatsverträge und Abkommen die über reine Wirtschaftsangelegenheiten und Anerkennung hinausgehen, insbesondere im Bereich der Strafverfolgung und der Verteidigung dürfen mit dem Kaiserreich Dreibürgen nicht geschlossen werden.

Section 3 – coming into Force

Dieses Gesetz tritt gemäss den verfassungsmässigen Bestimmungen in Kraft.
