    IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE UNITED STATES


    February 7, 2021


    Mr. KINGSTON from Laurentiana introduced the following bill:

    A BILL

    to amend the Federal Judiciary Act of 2017 to establish a United States Court for the Seventh District.


    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Astor in Congress assembled:


    SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    Dieses Gesetz soll als „Seventh District Court Act“ bezeichnet werden.


    SECTION 2. ESTABLISHING A SEVENTH DISTRICT COURT.

    In Chp. II Sec. 2 des Federal Judiciary Acts wird am Ende der Aufzählung folgender Punkt hinzugefügt:

    „- Seventh (Federal District and Territories) District of the Capital.“


    SECTION 3. FINAL PROVISIONS.

    Dieses Bundesgesetz tritt mit seiner Kundmachung in Kraft.
