WHEREAS the House of Representatives and the Senate of the United States have passed a bill in accordance with III/7/2 U. S. Constitution,

WHEREAS said bill was transferred to the President of the United States on March 28, 2021,

WHEREAS III/7/4 U. S. Constitution confers upon the President the power to dissaprove of a bill within seven days,

NOW THEREFORE, I, Sarah Jones, President of the United States, make the following declaration:

(1) Ich erhebe meinen Einspruch (gemäß III/7/4 U.S. Constitution) gegen den Protecting The Ratelonian Democracy Act (S. 2021-017).

(2) Ich begründe diesen Einspruch folgendermaßen:

Solange der Grundlagenvertrag mit der Demokratischen Union Ratelon nicht gemäß der im Vertrag aufgeführten Bestimmungen gekündigt wurde, kann eine Sanktionierung Ratelonischer Politiker, Personen und Organisationen nicht zugestimmt werden, nach wie vor haben wir durch den Vertrag eine Bindung. Es ist daher zuerst der Grundlagenvertrag zu kündigen.
