    IN THE SENATE OF THE UNITED STATES


    June 9th, 2020


    Mr. McQueen introduced the following bill:

    A BILL


    to make life easier for institutions that make life easier for everybody.


    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of Astor in Congress assembled,


    SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    Dieses Gesetz soll als „NPO Tax Exemption Amendment Bill“ bezeichnet werden.


    SECTION 2. AMENDING THE FEDERAL INCOME TAX ACT.

    Section 2a des Federal Income Tax Act wird um das Nachfolgende ergänzt: "(4) Organisationen, die rein karitativ operieren, können auf Antrag von allen Steuern nach diesem Gesetz ausgenommen werden."


    SECTION 3. COMING-INTO FORCE.

    Dieses Gesetz tritt entsprechend der verfassungsrechtlichen Vorgaben in Kraft.
