    Eligibility Reform Bill
    An act to improve the eligibility regulations for federal elections.



    Section 1 – Amending the FEA
    (1) Ch. II Sec. 1 Z 2 lit. c Federal Elections Act wird ersatzlos gestrichen.
    (2) Ch. II. Sec. 2 Z 2 Federal Elections Act wird ersatzlos gestrichen.

    Section 2 – Entry into force
    (1) Dieses Bundesgesetz tritt mit seiner Verkündigung in Kraft.
    (2) Sind die bundesweiten Wahlen im Juli 2019 bei Verkündigung dieses Gesetzes bereits ausgeschrieben, so tritt dieses Bundesgesetz am 1. August 2019 in Kraft und gilt nicht für weitere Wahlgänge die aus ergebnislosen Kandidatenrunden der Bundeswahlen im Juni 2019 resultieren.
