    Mr. Speaker pro tempore,
    ich beantrage die Aussprache über folgende Bill:

    Presidential Succession Act Prioritization Amendment Bill
    An amendment to the Presidential Succession Act in order to prioritize the line of succession.
    Section 1 - Prioritization
    Sec. 2 Ssec. 1 Presidential Succession Act wird folgendermaßen ersetzt:


    (1) Wenn der Vizepräsident der Vereinigten Staaten nicht in der Lage ist die Geschäfte des Präsidenten aufgrund von Verhinderung dessen zu führen, ist diejenige Person dazu berufen, welche in der folgenden Liste jeweils zuvorderst genannt ist und zur Verfügung steht:
    1. the Speaker of the House of Representatives
    2. the President of the Senate
    3. the Secretary of State
    4. the Secretary of Defense
    5. the Attorney General
    6. the Secretary of Commerce
    7. the Director of the Federal Reserve Bank
    8. the Director of the United States Registration Office
    3. the Dean of the House
    8. the Dean of the Senate
    9. the Members of the House of Representatives (nach Dienstalter)
    10. the Members of the Senate (nach Dienstalter).


    Section 2 - Coming into Force
    Dieses Amendment tritt nach Verkündung in Kraft.
