    Nach seiner Ernennung zum Secretary of State packt Eugene ein paar Sachen zusammen, denn er wird sich nun eine Dienstwohnung in Astoria City nehmen müssen. Er geht aber ohnehin davon aus, einen großen Teil seiner Zeit im Flugzeug oder fernen Hauptstädten zu verbringen. Da Majel eine gut beschäftigte Produzentin bei APBS ist, wird er sie nun wohl künftig weniger sehen, ebenso wie Porthos. Dieses Wochenende nimmt er sich noch, dann wird er höchstens ein bis zweimal im Monat privat nach Assentia zurückkehren können, oder wenn es die Arbeit in der State Assembly verlangt.

    In einer kurzfristig anberaumten Pressetermin spricht Eugene Wolf:


    Mr. Hoffman ist als Gouverneur absolut untragbar. Bisher war er nur eine unfähige Schlafmütze, die am Amt klebt. Doch nun ist er dabei, sein Amt zu missbrauchen, um durch die Verfassung garantierte Rechte von Bürgern mit Füßen zu treten.


    Ich rufe alle Mitglieder von Nationalgarde und State Police auf, sich den verfassungswidrigen Anordnungen von Mr. Hoffman zu widersetzen, ihn als Verbrecher, der er ist, in Gewahrsam zu nehmen und Recht und Gesetz zu wahren!


    Die Mitglieder der State Assembly rufe ich dazu auf, gemeinsam mit mir schnellstmöglich für die Amtsenthebung von Mr. Hoffman zu sorgen, damit er seine Macht nicht länger missbrauchen kann.
