Governor of the State of Laurentiana

for a term of four months beginning on the first day of April, in the year Two Thousand and Twenty-two.

11th Constitutional Amendment Act

Article 1 - The General Court

Section 1 - Composition of the General Court

Artikel III, Section 2 der Verfassung des Staates Laurentiana wird wie folgt geändert:

"Die State Senators des General Court of Laurentiana sind der Governor, der Lieutenant-Governor, der United States Senator für Laurentiana, etwaige United States Representatives aus Laurentiana,

die County Commissioners und die Anführer der Stämme, denen eine Tribal Reservation zugesprochen wurde. Sie nehmen ihr Amt durch

Ableistung des in dieser Verfassung bestimmten Eides im General Court an und bleiben Mitglieder, solange sie qualifizierte Wähler dieses Staates sind und die durch das Gesetz aufgestellten

Erfordernisse für die Mitgliedschaft erfüllen und insbesondere ihrer Mitwirkungspflicht nachkommen."

Section 2 - Presidency of the General Court

Artikel III, Section 4 der Verfassung des Staates Laurentiana wird wie folgt geändert:

"Dem General Court sitzen in absteigender Reihenfolge nach Verfügbarkeit der Lieutenant-Governor, die County Commissioners nach Dienstalter, die Anführer jener Stämme, denen eine Tribal Reservation zugesprochen wurde,

der United States Senator für Laurentiana, etwaige United States Representatives aus Laurentiana nach Dienstalter und schließlich der Governor vor. Sie führen dabei den Titel des Speaker of the General Court."

Article 2 - Final Provision

Diese Verfassungsänderung tritt mit Abschluss ihrer verfassungsgemäßen Ratifizierung in Kraft.

11th Constitutional Amendment Act

Article 1 - The General Court

Section 1 - Composition of the General Court

Artikel III, Section 2 der Verfassung des Staates Laurentiana wird wie folgt geändert:

"Die State Senators des General Court of Laurentiana sind der Governor, der Lieutenant-Governor, der United States Senator für Laurentiana, etwaige United States Representatives aus Laurentiana,

die County Commissioners und die Anführer der Stämme, denen eine Tribal Reservation zugesprochen wurde. Sie nehmen ihr Amt durch

Article 2 - The Governor

Section 1 - Adressing the Governor

Artikel IV, Section 2 der Verfassung des Staates Laurentiana wird wie folgt geändert:

"Die oberste vollziehende Gewalt übt der Governor aus, dessen Titel "Governor of the State of Laurentiana“ ist, und dessen Anrede lautet: „Your Excellency“."

Section 2 - Strengthening Vetos

Artikel IV, Section 8 Satz 4 wird wie folgt geändert:

"Wird der Entwurf im General Court mit einer Vier-Fünftel-Mehrheit bestätigt, soll er Gesetz werden."

Section 3 - Providing for a permanent line of succession

Artikel IV, Section 10 Satz 2 wird wie folgt geändert:

"Ist das Amt des Lieutenant-Governor nicht besetzt, so übernehmen, sofern sie die Wahlvoraussetzungen erfüllen, in dieser Reihenfolge der Staatssekretär, der Generalstaatsanwalt, der Schatzmeister oder die Staatsräte in der Reihenfolge ihrer Dienstzeit oder das dienstälteste verfügbare Mitglied des General Court oder schlussendlich der älteste verfügbare Bürger des State of Laurentiana die Amtsgeschäfte als Acting Governor und veranlassen die Wahl eines neuen Governor durch den General Court."

Article 3 - Final Provision

Diese Verfassungsänderung tritt mit Abschluss ihrer verfassungsgemäßen Ratifizierung in Kraft.

Constitutional Amendment Ratification Act

Section 1 – Referendum

(1) Hat der Kongress der Vereinigten Staaten einen Zusatz zur Verfassung der Vereinigten Staaten beschlossen und den Staaten zur Ratifikation vorgelegt, so ist für dessen Ratifikation eine Volksabstimmung durchzuführen.

(2) Die Volksabstimmung ist längstens binnen 14 Tagen kundzumachen und längstens binnen 30 Tagen durchzuführen.

Section 2 – Execution

(1) Mit der Durchführung dieses Staatsgesetzes ist der Gouverneur, oder eine mittels Verordnung beauftragte Behörde in seinem Auftrag, betraut.

(2) Dieses Staatsgesetz tritt mit seiner Kundmachung in Kraft.
